Emerald Slicing Cucumber
Emerald is a parthenocarpic beit-alpha cucumber producing straight, glossy dark-green fruit with tender skin and no bitterness. It yields continuously over a long window and performs equally well in protected houses and open field.
Growing notes
Sow direct or transplant into warm soil. Trellis vertically in greenhouses for straight fruit. Harvest young and often to keep plants productive. Maintain steady water and good airflow to limit mildew.
